"On 12/13/23, I witnessed the staff tell a man in a wheelchair he would nit be accommodated and to vacate the premises. He refused, citing ADA regulation. The poloce were called, and the man In the wheelchair was arrested. I hope this place shuts down. I am ashamed to call myself a volunteer here."

"If you come here, get a job, engage with your case manager to find housing and just follow the simple common sense rules, they will help you. Very fair but firm staff members there to assist you in getting back on your feet."
