Concentra Urgent Care

"I went here after dislocating my knee a second time years ago. I could hardly walk at the time. After waiting an impressive amount of time, then sitting and waiting in the examination room for another long period of time. The doctor came in, barely listened to me, wiggled my knee around and rushed me out saying I had hyper mobile knees and that there was nothing to be done. I have since changed insurance and as dislocations became more frequent I saw another doctor. She got me x-rayed then mri-ed and found that tendons attached to my kneecap had been progressively stretched out and were no longer holding my knee in place due to an older muscular injury. I had to undergo extensive knee surgery which my new doctor says could have been avoided if this was caught earlier before major cartilage damage was done. The staff was dismissive slow and grouchy. The doctor was all of that in addition to being pompous and rude as I tried to ask clarifying questions about me knee. DONT GO HERE IF YOU CAN AVOID IT."

"I had an emergency and the staff here were very helpful. I was received by a great receptionist, very professional. I didn’t have to long of a wait even though the room had a good amount of people in it. The nurse that did the intake was very nice and helpful. The doctor that stitched me up took his time and made sure the wound wouldn’t leave a terrible scar. I was impressed with the whole experience. I highly recommend this place for professional care. Thank you team!!"

"Took my son to this place at 3:15 in the afternoon for 2 sprained ankle's . Went to check in I was informed that he would need x-rays. Totally fine! Problem: Their x- ray tech leaves for the day by 3:00 EVEN though they are open until 5:00. So I say" so if someone comes in with a broken leg at 3:15, even though this is URGENT care you send them away because your X-ray tech leaves 2 hours before closing???? She said "yes" Good to know! I guess if you're only needing a bandaid, this is your kind of place. What a joke!!!!"

"Frustrating Wait Time Experience I recently visited Concentra urgent care, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The primary issue was the excessive wait time to see a physician. I found myself stuck in the waiting area for an unreasonably long period, which only added to my discomfort and frustration. The lack of timely attention not only tested my patience but also raised concerns about the efficiency of their scheduling system. It's disheartening when the urgency of an urgent care visit is compromised by prolonged waits. While the staff was polite, the overall experience was marred by this significant delay, and I hope Concentra takes steps to address this issue for the benefit of future patients."

"I waited over an hour for my physical appointment. The office was extremely cold and uncomfortable. Once I got in, the first nurse could not successfully draw my blood. A second nurse tried to no avail. They wanted me to wait for a third employee to come back from lunch (he had just left two minutes ago, apparently) for him to try. Both arms were already bruising and I was feeling sick from them trying to draw blood multiple times so I finally just left without getting it done. I will have to go to another place, after already spending 4 hours for this appointment. Very unhappy with this visit."
