"I left this clinic - Dr Melouk, it seems, has too many patients and time spent on the individual is near zero. He wouldn't even look at an MRI which I had done to get more insight into my situation. It is no exaggeration that I would have gotten more attention in an in-and-out drive through. Thus, I canceled my biopsy there. Another annoying experience is, that I am still being billed for the follow up appointment for the cancelled biopsy and I can now spent time and energy trying to correct that. I would recommend UC Health instead."

"Dr Melouk has been outstanding. He is willing to spend time throughout the process to answering our questions and keeping things simple for us to understand. The surgery he did for Jon was more complicated than expected yet he made adjustments. We also appreciate the care and personal attention of the medical staff. Ariel, the PA, is clear with her information and is willing to answer any questions. We never felt like we were a number as she was very personable. Lexi, who has usually been our med tech support, sought us out to say hi on the follow up appointment, and let us know she had followed along with the surgery and that she knew things had gone well. Monte, at the front desk, is always kind and so welcoming. He remembered Jon had just had surgery despite all the people he sees on a daily basis. We know God has blessed us with this team!"

"While the doctor I've seen here is fine, the office is a mess. Extremely poor communication with patients. No reminder of pre-visit requirements (PSA test) until it was too late to get one They cancelled an appointment and never told me until I happened to call in 2 days prior to get a referral to do the PSA test (that they had sent no reminder about). They have real staff problems here."

Colorado urology Boulder is high-energy, kind and caring, full of new ideas and recent advanced care treatment. I feel heard and cared for and hopeful. A world of difference. The phone intake was laborious, and I almost gave up, because it resembled a tech support call with someone from southeast Asia, asking tons of personal questions, with a crackly connection, hard to communicate. I figured this is because this practice is a chain of many locations in different states and they all use a single answering service. But I was desperate for an appointment. I was symptomatic but leaving town soon and urgently needed care. I got in the same day. I saw Ariel Griffin. And have never had such comprehensive caring treatment, in decades of dealing with this issue. Short term care and long term plan both. I feel I'm in good hands."
