"Wow. I guess I just had bad luck. They didn't accept my United insurance so I asked for a super bill. You'd think I'd asked for their first born child. If you don't know, a super bill is simply a document on which the medical provider writes what they did and what how the medical procedure is classified. You can then take that to your insurance provider - I do this with all my care givers that are outside the United system - and they will reimburse you directly. So I was happy to pay for the services on the spot and then take my own chances (I wasn't worried) with United. They refused to do that, and when I said that I couldn't use them, the office staff were extremely rude. It was one of those, "I can't believe I was just treated like that"/jaw on the floor sort of situation and I left. I thought I should have a conversation with Dr. Weber to let her know how I was treated and to explain that they have something wrong in their front office with their understanding of super bills and insurance. I was told that the she would call me back, but she never did. After following up a couple times the office manager told me that Dr Weber would not be returning my call. Sometimes people have a bad day. Sometimes there is a misunderstanding. But when you make no effort to communicate with a patient/customer to resolve whatever happened, you leave no room for resolution. This was certainly one of the most bizarre interactions I've ever had with a medical professional and would certainly never go back and encourage anyone I know to avoid going there."

"I like their new location! It’s very easy in and out with lots of parking. The office staff was very friendly and the nurse was nice too. Dr Yvonne Weber gave me an injection on my first visit! She also offered some hints, so it wouldn’t hurt while she sunk the needle into my arthritic bone. I barely felt it! Highly recommended!"

Dr Christine Weber is fantastic and took the time to fully understand the issues i was having before she diagnosed the issue and presented a treatment plan.
