I have sought help everywhere through doctors, therapists, psychiatrists etc most of the time to just be told that they won't help me, and the one instance I did get some help in the past, it was not as closely monitored as it should have been which ended with me relapsing right back to where I was. Melissa and the entire staff were very warm and welcoming the entire time I was there on my first visit and for the first time ever, I felt as if my concerns were heard and taken seriously and I didn't feel judged or criticized whatsoever. They also have additional resources to help aid in your recovery and I got to see a counselor immediately after meeting with Melissa.
