"I'm sure that they might have some time for people with enough assets. Just be aware that if you've got less than 50k, they may hold your money but you'd do better with a smaller company that has the time to care about the smaller accounts. My Account was eaten up with fees/neglect and three years later, it's worth the same. No thanks. Then thier response is asking me to reach out to them with any questions. This is exactly the point. I have been trying to reach them but they're too busy."
