"I have gone to physical therapy a few times in my life. I have never experienced this type of care. The facility is small and clean. My very first visit went great, the tech was professional and was asking me questions concerning my pain, discomfort and how to improve my injury. Everything went as I was used too. It was one on one care with the purpose of getting me better. My second visit, I arrived on time but my tech didn't look for me due to me being listed as a Male. (How embarrassing that was not nice) The front receptionist stated I would be with Daniel. He got to me about 15 mins after my scheduled time. Therapy supposed to be an hr. I get put on a bike for 12 mins. After that's done a female tech comes and starts the massage. Which she was directed to by the tech that was supposed to be working with me. Daniel had another client he was working with, by now I realized I must have been "SQUEEZED" in on another appointments time. Why would you double book a tech? He clearly was focused on the other client. Daniel would stop by tell me to do certain exercises and walk off to work with another client. I was left alone waiting. I'm there for physical therapy and yet I'm just left waiting. I felt as if I was a bother to Daniel since he had 2 clients to work with and the other client seemed more important. Most establishments have a professional atmosphere or they should have a standard of care that's welcoming and a safe space for clients. This day there were personal conversations going on and personal information not needed to be heard by clients. The music that was playing was full of profanity and that is unpleasant and unprofessional. After being left alone waiting I asked when we would be done since it was already 1 hr from the time I arrived. Daniel was rude to me telling me "I like to keep my clients 1hr to 1hr and 15 mins. If you needed to leave early you should have informed me at the beginning." He gave me 1 more exercise and said I could leave after. I could tell I upset him but I doubt he even understood how I felt being there as an extra person. OR it was a long day and I was just getting the end of the day attitude. Either way it was uncalled for and I'm not a KAREN I understand level of care...level of professionalism. I'm a veteran and this location was referred by the VA. I will not return to avoid being mistreated or retaliated against. I encourage the owner to look at their policies and staff. Do surveys to better your business. I will not be treated indifferent or less than by any profession that I witness isn't doing the best job or providing the best care."

"If I could give the Kirtland facility 10 stars I would! Everyone here is professional, knowledgeable and caring. My pain was relieved on my first visit and I had been suffering for almost a year. They are the best!"

"Hi my name is Sherry. I graduated from physical therapy yesterday. I feel a whole, whole lot better. I was in a lot of pain when I went in for my first day of therpy. The receptionist greeted me with kindness an helped me with my paper work, An I met Rochelle and Daniel very sweet an hard workers an they helped me on my journey to getting well. And I'm so thankful for them. An they showed me some stretches that I can continue doing at home. They all showed kindness to all their clients. Thank you for all that you guys do for your clients that come in for therapy."
