Our mission is to make our members stronger both physically and mentally in just 30 minutes. We offer introductory workouts with no obligations, as well as personal training sessions with our certified trainers. Our Trainer-Led circuit hours are a member favorite, where you will be guided through traditional kickboxing and boxing combinations. Additionally, our on-demand fitness app, 9RoundNOW, allows you to work out anywhere at any time.
Located off Centennial Blvd and Garden of the Gods Rd next to Safeway, our gym offers a high-energy team of instructors who are dedicated to changing people's lives every day.
