Everything went smoothly and I didn't feel rushed or intimidated into doing anything I wasn't ready for. "This is the greatest find Grand Junction! Compass staff has literally put me back together again. After multiple accidents and surgeries, I needed massive assistance. Using up to 7 modalities at each visit, they reassembled me so I could live life once again. 18 months later, I am able to function like I should. They ALWAYS listen and adapt my treatment to my current situation. These people are incredibly caring and knowledgable. From the moment you enter the facility the staff meets every need you have. And when I break myself doing to much, they put me back together. No place is 100 precent perfect, but this place rates a 99.999! Best people, best service. I am very grateful! 10 stars."

"Just wanted to share a few words about the folks there at compass. I saw their office when I was going into Mesa fitness in Clifton where all I can do anymore is swim and steam because of my pain. I was very excited to see them as I have been searching for years to receive a trusted treatment plan in my budget. They were very patient ,accommodating and professional with a plethora of knowledge.. looking forward to exploring the other modalities they offer.
