"Fast reliable vary polite but when everything was said and done trying to get them to call in a percription was really no reason for it to take that long... had to call 3 times and finally call my original doctor before my daughter got her medication..... Was really bogus"

"I would give a zero if it was an option. I came in for an injury to my big toe where I clearly was going to lose the nail, as it was flipped upwards and only attached by the cuticle tiny bit of skin on the side. I was in tremendous pain for around 24 hours by the time I came in. The doctor put a numbing cream on my cuticle (only) and then told me she was going to stick a needle under the nail to release the blood. That sounded absolutely torturous as I asked her how the numbing cream on my cuticle was going to numb underneath my toe or should be sticking it. She proceeded to yell at me and say fine. "I will stick you with two needles to numb it to avoid sticking you with one under your nail. would you like" that in a very smug unkind way?. I told her absolutely. yes because the two areas she would numb me weren't in excruciating pain already, but where she was going to put the needle under the nail was! she was furious and left the room . Came back in And With the worst bedside manner ever yelled There is no way I can numb it 100%. She was rough and uncaring as I actually blacked out from the pain "after she supposedly numbed it. She was horrible and I would never even take my dieing cat to her. I hope Docs on Call does better at hiring people who comfort those with real fear and pain, not medically gas- lighting them and belittling them and yelling at them while taking care of them medically.What a shame."

"We've used Docs on Call various times over the years and they've always been very good to us and our family; Great communication, ability to see our family member after hours in a timely fashion, and we've never had trouble receiving treatment. Doctors and nurses are wonderful, kind, and very concise and competent at their jobs. I trust them with my own children and am so glad we can use this office when we need to. "Overall, one of the best experiences we’ve had at a Dr. appointment. I called to get my son in on a Saturday to see about pink eye. We were able to get an appointment within the hour. Check in was easy and Val, the MA, was awesome. She introduced herself and took her time with us. Too many times I feel rushed and as if we’re an inconvenience at other offices. Dr. Chamberlain was also great, addressing my son and not me about his eyes. Highly recommend Docs on Call for your urgent care needs."
