"I was here for 4 years. This place is fine until you get sick. You can't get in when you get sick. Her nurse told me my provider, Kristin was booked solid for months. I asked "how can that be? Are people planning their sicknesses months in advance?" She said, "yes" and told me to go to the walk in clinic. They don't answer their phone and they don't return calls. They are immediately hostile when their methods are questioned. It has been weeks and they still haven't forwarded my records to my new health care provider. They are known among other local health care providers as a slip shod operator. If I could leave less than one star I would."

"Front desk is completely rude. I called on Monday to see if I could get in to see my provider that same day to talk about my medications and Julie at the front desk informed me that my provider wouldn't be in until Wednesday. I said fine, does she have same day appointments for Wednesday? She said yes, at 3 pm, but you have to call that morning to get on the schedule. I called right at 8 Wednesday morning and apparently the slot was filled. Amazing. So she transferred my call to Karen, the nurse and the answering machine would not allow me to leave a message. I called back and talked to a woman named Cory. I tried explaining my situation to her and she kept talking over me and was not listening to anything I was saying. I am so over this clinic."

"My wife and I our new patients, are in our mid thirties and just needed a teeth cleaning. We made the appointment in mid-november for December 15th. I got a cryptic message on December 14th saying that they needed to move us from January 4th to January 12th because the dentist decided to take the week off. I called the morning of the 15th to clarify that we had our appointment on the 15th. The receptionist, nadine, told me that she moved our appointment to January 4th but failed to let me know. The doctor decided to take the week off so the soonest they could get us in is January 12th. This place is an absolute joke. The dentist should get fired for being completely incompetent and having zero respect for his patients."

"So far so good on the primary side of things. Staff very welcoming and friendly unlike most clinics these days. Cortez Integrated Health or Axis Health is centrally located in Cortez making it an easy stop for your health care needs. They also offer some dentistry of some sort as I did not need to be seen for my smile. As well as mental health professionals to help with the not so visible or tangible issues. Great staff, location, and services makes Axis a 5 star review for me!!!"
