They canceled, it's their policy. Understandable - kind of but there was not one other patient in the office. I figure okay they will accommodate me with the next available appointment. No, she says Dr. Rooks says to schedule you in 3 months! No thank you. You obviously do not care for your patients. I will never recommend this office to anyone. Not welcoming and not accommodating."
