For the Joy Yoga is a unique institution located at 7824 Malamute Trail in Evergreen, Colorado, United States. Specializing in healing movement and breath in a small class setting, we offer personalized yoga experiences for our students. Led by 500 Hour Certified Yoga Instructor Jen Allbritton, our classes are designed to help you explore and learn more about yourself and how you move.
In our consistent pods of 5 to 6 yogis, attendance is confirmed the day before class to ensure a personalized experience for each student. If less than 3 students can attend, we skip the class and wait for the following week. With a focus on purposeful movement, intentional breath, and progressive loading, we aim to customize our practice to elicit positive change in each individual.
Expect a fun and flowing class infused with functional body details to help you challenge personal habits and patterns. Our classes are capped at 6 people to ensure each student receives the attention they deserve. Private sessions are also available for a more customized experience tailored to your specific needs.
