"Okay so it was looking pretty good at first. Lady was nice and everything, right. I get my truck there and theyre saying the engine seized up and i need a new engine. They send me quotes and for a used 4 cylinder engine is going to be almost 10,000 dollars. I told i don’t have that rn, do I just take my truck back or what. They said oh we got financing option. The financing option only covered 5,000 dollars. Alright well that’s not gonna work so I had to leave to fulfill my military duties for two weeks. I come back and they send me a bill for 1,015 for “storing my vehicle there”. No one told me that I was gonna be charged for it being there or anything. They just send me a bill and hold my keys hostage when I tried to get a tow service to pick it up. The pricing is ridiculous, I’ve gotten a 6 cylinder used engine installed for half of what they were trying to charge. Imagine just getting my brakes done, they’d prolly charge an arm and a leg to do it. If you got the money than do business with them but if not go somewhere else"
