"We took our standard poodle in to get groomed. he was a little rough around the edges, but Kelly did an amazing job! He looks so beautiful, very Regal and we just couldn't be happier with with the job that she did. I highly recommend them!"

"I dropped my Maltipoo off Last Saturday to get his hair cut, he has been to this office 3 times before. I noticed this time he had such horrible anxiety and was acting way out of the ordinary. 4 hours later they FINALLY called to say he was ready. I picked him up he almost peed all over himself before I could take him out to use the bathroom. When we got home I noticed he was rubbing his behind on the carpet (which I've never seen him do before) I looked to see what was bugging him and they COMPLETELY BURNED HIS LITTLE BUTT with the clippers. I immediately called to ask them what had happened and what to do. They were absolutely RUDE and just said to go to Pets Mart and buy some ointment to put on his sore little butt. Not even an apology !!!!!! So they wanted me to spend even MORE money after spending 70.00 for his hair cut. This is absolutely ridiculous. My poor little guy was in a lot of pain and not acting himself for 4 days. Do NOT Trust These People With Your Little Fur Baby... Here Are Some Pictures For Reference..."

"I had my dog brought here while I was unable to groom him. Usually I do everything myself because of experiences I’ve had at other places. And because elsewhere I’ve found that doodles can be received badly. This was not the case here!! They were very loving, understanding, and compassionate. They took extra time to go at his pace because he came in a little nervous. Very thankful for them giving my boy a good experience!"

"My 10 year old lab has been groomed at Dog Country for years. All of the groomers have always been kind and caring with him and very professional with me. They’ve always worked hard to fit him in; my schedule is always crazy. He was recently diagnosed with Laryngeal Paralysis which causes his breathing to become short and raspy when heated or anxious. They were wonderful allowing me to bring him in later in the day for nails and a good brushing. We opted to skip the bath since he was getting worked up and starting to breathe hard. They were so kind with both of us and even had some great input for how to keep him clean between baths. Carrie and Kelly, specifically, we’re amazing!"

"I have been taking my two dogs to Dog Country Grooming every five weeks for the past four years. I won’t be taking them there any longer. Things started changing several months ago when our regular groomer told us that she was leaving to work at another dog grooming shop. She clearly was not happy at Dog Country Grooming, and she encouraged me to bring my dogs to her in the future at another grooming shop. I didn’t, but I wish I had. Fast forward to July 2023, when I was called by Dog Country Grooming, and they told me that they had to cancel my appointment because they had another groomer quit. I had to reschedule the appointment to September 1, 2023. Again, I have been a very consistent customer, and my dogs had a standing appointment every five weeks. My dogs are both small -- a 22lbs Sheltie and a 10lbs Miniature Schnauzer -- and they are typically at the groomer for two to three hours. When I dropped them off, I asked how long it would take. I was told three to four hours. Today, after calling twice during their appointment, they were at the Dog Country Grooming for six hours. That’s ridiculous. When I called after over four hours, I was told that two groomers called out today, which is why they were running behind. When I arrived, the groomer was still grooming my Sheltie. There is another review that was written about one month ago, and they describe a similar situation where groomers called out. Also, today when I picked up my dogs, there was dog poop on the reception floor, and it was exceptionally hot inside. This was out of the ordinary, as I’ve been going to this groomer for over four years, and this wasn’t normal. Clearly something is going on and it isn’t good. Groomers are not happy at Dog Country Grooming and the shop is not operating efficiently. I will no longer take my dogs here because I don’t want disgruntled groomers taking care of my two dogs."
