"I used to love bringing my dog here. He loves it here. But in the last 4-6 months or so, they’ve raised their prices multiple times, hired a 2 new front desk women (1 who I tried talking with but came across like I wasn’t worth her time and a younger red head who was rude, anti-communicative, and unhelpful), and made new changes that were more of a headache than anything. After taking my dog here for the last 2 years, I’m glad I never have to bring him back again."
"I brought my dog in for grooming yesterday at noon. I asked if I shampoo him the day before he would be clean and dry, so all they would need to do is cut. They wouldn't do that. I had to have him shampooed and cut there for 3 times he rate we had been paying to our former groomer. (Who recently retired). She would cut 2 of our dogs in 45 minutes.and it was always perfect. Yesterday I dropped 1 dog off at noon. I went to pick him up at 1:45. They hadn't started the cut yet. ( they were waiting for him to dry naturally) at 2:24 he still wasn't done. I live 33 miles from there. I told the to stop. Give me my dog. He still wasn't done. I cut hair for 25 years. If it takes 2 1/2 hours to groom a dog, it's no wonder they charge so much. I paid with tip $108.00. For a bad cut. Blow dryer would have saved 2 hours of dry time, and I could have gotten a complete grooming done, and they would have had more time to groom other dogs. Instead I paid rent for 2 waisted hours, and got the worst grooming my dog ever had. I would highly not recommend a grooming there."
"Was really nervous about leaving my dog as he has never been kenneled. It was wonderful to keep an eye on him through the video system and gave me such peace of mind. I had a lovely much needed vacation and so did he."
"My pup had the best time, her first time at Two Ponds daycare. Everyone made us feel so welcome. Very professional. She played hard and came home exhausted. You know what they say: a tired dog is a good dog. But seriously being part of a pack is invaluable to her growth, and something that I cannot give her. We will be back. She loves playing and learns so much from being in the pack."
