"Do not walk, run away from this place. I am not one to write a bad review. In fact, I e never written a bad review. My business is customer service related, so I don’t take this lightly. The billing department is an absolute joke. When my husband was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea 2 years ago, we were told that insurance would take months if not a year to approve his machine. So we were instructed to pay cash and then submit for reimbursement. We submitted for reimbursement almost immediately. Soon thereafter, our insurance company informed us that (1) they would have approved same week so paying cash was not necessary (2) even though we paid cash, the healthcare provider still needs to submit the claim. After countless phone calls, emails, messages, texts and lies told to us by our assigned billing department person, our case was finally escalated. when we complained to the escalation person about our treatment over the past almost 2 years I get a phone call from the original billing person yelling at me about complaining to her supervisor. The handling of this situation was incredibly unprofessional and a display of absolute incompetence. I’m writing this review today because we finally received our reimbursement, so I feel like I can finally warn people. Find someplace else to go!"

"Received a fraudulent charge on my credit card by this place. Multiple others reviews found say the same happened to them. Super sketchy. Card is shut down and charge will be reversed as fraudulent. Live in a different state and have never heard of this place."

"Service has gotten horrible ever since they started outsourcing their supply ordering through an independent company in India. The phone system never works right and they can never get the insurance billing correct. Every time I try to order supplies, it turns into a five hour game of phone tag spread out over multiple days without any answers."

"I've been going to these folks for years and have always had a great experience with them. I love that I can text them instead of calling in. I always get a very quick (and helpful) response from them. I understand that there is a long wait for new patients, but they are well worth the wait in my opinion. I also love how easily I can find the doctor notes in their online portal (I like to review them to remind myself what the doctor discussed with me). I've never had any problems with insurance here either, personally. Great staff! I highly recommend them!"

"The people who work here are nice and seem to genuinely care. However, the business itself is horrendous, possibly due to their corporate policies. Good luck getting through their phone tree to schedule an appointment, and once you do set a date, be grateful that it's only 2 months out. Once you get to your appointments, don't be surprised that they've tossed in "filler" appointments for pre-screening, another pre-meet with a different doctor, result read-out appointments, and follow-up appointments -- all of which they could do over email. They've designed the place to have more billable hours."
