"My goal was to continue to have the experience of when Art ran this shop. Art was the best. Tom’s reviews are either a 5 or a 1…..now I know why. Tom is a talker not a listener. Take notes if you deal with him. He under sold me for the last time. My bad for not asking before he made a house call….Ask for rates so your not surprised when you get a bill for doing nothing. Because I questioned him he no longer wishes to serve me. He also bashed the company that I currently work for from an experience that happened to him many years ago."

"He did a beautiful job putting my clock back together. And he even got it working again although it wouldn't keep time. It is always 5to 20 minutes slow.but it did work and it did coco if it said 6 o'clock it would cocoon 6 times and when it said 6:30 it would cocoon 1time.i got it back a little more then 2mo ago now it coco 1 time at 6 and 6times at 6:30. And it is running so fast we have to pull the chains up 2 or 3 times a day. It cost me $225.00 to get it done. Now he refuses to answer my calls and when I leave a message he will not call me back. I would leave a beautiful clock in pieces before I let him fix it."
