"From the moment I walked through the door staff exceedingly kind and helpful. My sweet furbaby had taken a turn for the worse. The vet was very quick on getting back to me and fully explaining treatment options. Unfortunately, due to her age (14 years )and current frail condition I decided euthanasia was the best course. I was completely heartbroken and in tears the whole time. My daughters had given her to me for Mother's day and I loved her dearly. Staff were very compassionate and never made me feel guilty about the hard decision I made. I was taken to a special room to spend time as needed with my Scarlett (before and after). Everyone there made it easier on me with this devastating loss. I highly recommend them."

"The staff here was friendly but I think it was a mistake to tell them it was my first time visiting a Vet since I'm a new owner of a kitten. After I told them that, they knew I was an easy scam and prescribed me medicine they knew wouldn't work so that I'd come back for another exam and charge me again for another exam and a new round of medication. They beat around the bush saying it could be Ringworm, Feline Herpes or any number of things, and conveniently they gave me the medication that didn't help at all probably in the hopes I'd have to come back. The exam was $125 and the medication they gave me (that didn't work) was $50 each totaling to ~$225 for one visit. I took my kitten to another Vet in the area and the doctor there took one look and immediately knew it was Ringworm and told me without beating around the bush. He gave me a prescription anti-fungal and even told me there was a cheap over-the-counter option so I could save money. That vet visit was $70 total vs. the $225 I spent here at UrgentVet to be ripped off. Don't come here if you're looking for quality care at a good price. The only reason I gave two stars vs. one star is because the staff was very friendly and were kind enough to follow up the day after to see how my kitten was doing (even though they already knew)."

"We brought our dog Chewy in knowing it was the end. Dr. Caroline Meyer and crew were wonderful. They were having a very hard night and a lot of tough cases and they still gave my boy the best send off. Thank you all for doing what you do. You are appreciated so very much."

"My cat ate a pipe cleaner and I took him here, they got me back immediately, the manager was incredibly kind and worked with me and made me feel so comfortable trusting them with my baby. The vet was absolutely amazing and he took great care of Shrimp. He was taken care of within minutes of arrival. I cannot express my gratitude to them enough! Shrimp is much better now, thank you to everyone there!"

"I came in last night because my pup had some pretty serious diarrhea for a few days and wasn’t responding to a bland diet. I called ahead and brought her in and we were instantly met with a warm smile and enthusiasm to help. I was listened to, and all of her symptoms were written down and I was given an estimate of services (which were incredibly affordable for an urgent vet). I have been to a lot of vets in my time as a pet owner and this is definitely a top experience. My pup received love and pets and we were sent home with medicine. Fast forward to this morning, my baby slept through the night with no urgent bathroom trips and no accidents in the apartment. Thank you so much for taking care of my little nugget!!!! Will definitely return if ever needed!"
