"Transferred here my senior year from a high school in Boulder. Night and day difference. In Boulder they prepared you for adulthood and treated students like soon-to-be adults at Erie high they treated you like a kindergartner and always assumed you were up to something (even when they didn't know me from Adam and I was always a good student and always followed rules). They are very strict here which I guess some may think is good but honestly strictness only leads to rebellion and I saw that again and again. In Boulder there was no cliques, no bullying, and everyone got along. Here there was constant bullying and harassment, for example to girls got into a fist fight only a month after I arrived. I only went to this school for a couple of months to finish out my senior year and graduate but I will never forget the disrespect and horrible experience at this school. It's been over 5 years since I've graduated but man this school is just awful."
"This school is absolutely awful because the staff condones bullying. I was punished for being bullied by a classmate and nothing constructive was done about the whole situation. This institution only caters to one learning style. There are teachers who are employed here who have absolutely no business teaching and should be fired. I remeber the choir, "hall monitor", and gym teacher being a bunch of laughing stock jokes. I resigned from this "school" and enrolled into a much more diverse school in Boulder and absolutely loved it. Despicable and inappropriate staff behavior. Do not recommend."
