"Don't waste your time on the groomer. My wife brought in our mid size dog to get groomed. We were told it was going to be 70 as it was last time. When she got there she was told that our dog is now classified as a big dog and will be 90 instead. She picked her up around 3:00 we dropped her off this morning around 8:30. They literally had all day long to call us and say that it was going to be more. When I called and asked them why they didn't find it necessary to let us know that it's going to be more, they said it's up to the groomer. The lady who answered the phone was beyond rude but still said "what do you want me to do for you" in a tone I didn't appreciate and I told her I'd like for her to honor what was originally agreed upon. She said she wouldn't give us a partial refund. We won't be back."

"This veterinarian that sells kittens does not care for her sick kittens!! She is irresponsible I will be reporting to veterinarian state board she sold a very sick kitten that has cost us over a 1000 and still going up!! Beware she also did not deworm her as she said the kitten didn't need it!! Although the contract states she deworms."

"Great vet as well as the techs had dogs for over 20 years and I am picky about the cate they get. I had one gripe but understand it, but the vet explained in detail what she was doing as well as being attentive to what the animals needs . The techs were capable and caring at tge same time great experience."

"I established all 3 of my dogs here after moving to Montrose, frankly because they were the only ones who could get us in the quickest. We have been in at least 3 times in the last 6 months (active patients). My dog now has the new kennel cough variant and when I called today they said it would be 8 days before they could see him?? They didn’t offer any tips for caring for him at home and didn’t seem concerned at all that he was sick. I told them we would find a new vet who cares about my dog’s wellbeing! When I called my previous vet, they were sure to explain everything we could expect and possible treatment. THAT is customer service!"

"Asked on our first visit for checks on a chip and a spay for our cat, the receptionist who did our first visit didn't take notes on any of our concerns and needs and then they just scheduled her for a spay. The appointment day she sat in the vet office because they didn't call the 2 back-up numbers we had given for her to be picked up and we were told that they found out she was already spayed AFTER they had shaved her and put her under anesthesia. When I asked the new receptionist about why they didn't check when we asked to check prior, she only said "well we didn't have any notes". And if they don't take the notes on what we had ask then no you wouldn't do the correct thing. We still had to pay 60 for the anesthesia that was a mistake and miscommunication on them and they didn't care to do anything about it."
