"Technicians and desk staff in each office are competent and friendly. The parking is horrible. Doesn't help the congestion when you see employees parking right outside the doors on the westside. (And I'm not talking about the gated doctors parking.) Overall the building is clean and most of the offices are bright and modern, save the radiology office on the first floor. It's dark, dirty, outdated with filthy carpets throughout. Tile is more sanitary, especially during these viral times. I understand that uch leases offices in this building and is no longer the owner, but I also heard that about the parking lot building at Grandview and the place is pristine, updated, well lit and comfortable. UCH can do better about all these issues. They obviously choose to turn a blind eye."
