"The office visits were generally fine. The issue I have is how this business is run like a bad corporation. Billing is a disaster. There is no way to pay bills online and when you call the office they can't find a record of your bill. So.. you have to call their third party billing company who won't likely answer the phone call leaving you to play phone tag for a $20 bill. I'm not going to risk collections when there are other options available. In addition the company periodically sends texts asking how you are but these are apparently automated social engagement ads since you won't receive a reply. The website is also awash with popups promoting the company. If you want return customers then simply provide a good service AND don't inconvenience them."

This may very well be the best “doctor” visit I have ever had. Truly an all around amazing visit. Office staff is equally as competent and kind. Where else can you get Botox and a flu shot in one stop!"
