"I didn't even have an appointment at this location and am leaving a review solely for the monster of a woman working the front desk. I had an appointment with a different office and accidentally ended up here. I asked for some assistance and a lady with short black hair acted like I ruined her day by asking a simple question. If this is any indication of how the rest of the practice operates, Id hate to be a patient here. Have some empathy"

"There's a reason why this establishment has 2.8 stars and going down as we speak. These people could care less about your welfare!! Dr Gladney told me I was a complicated patient on our 1st meeting 2 weeks ago during my appointment. He couldn't be straight with me and tell me he didn't want to take me as a patient! He and his nurse hid behind the phone system and blew me off like I was fodder!!! I made multiple phones calls which was totally ignored! I also made multiple calls about the transfer of my medical records once again was ignored! I also made multiple calls about my medication which was ignored causing me to run out and be in bad shape because of it!! I had xrays taken on the 1st visit, no call back on the results which could be detrimental to my health!!! I also made a call to the office manager told them it was urgent. No response to that call. I called and left a message with the patient advocate who finally after two weeks of those people not caring for my welfare called me back!!! I was told that nothing was done at all!!! No medical records transferred (NOTHING AT ALL) Guess I'm a piece of dog meat? Would you trust your life to These people? I'm absolutely not going to do any such thing!!!"

"Update #1: I am pretty sure when you call these medical offices they state that the lines are recorded, I will be following up during regular business hours to find out who this individual was who was laughing at me and if the lines are recorded they can go back and listen to the conversation and hear this employee laughing at me and giggling throughout the entire conversation while I was going through a serious issue. This was so condescending and nobody should ever support a practice who hires employees who laughs at patients who are going through a very challenging situation. I will go to the fullest extent to make sure this person is held accountable. Absolutely awful experience and I never even ended up coming here. At first I called mental health partners due to a medication withdrawal I am going through that can have serious/deadly side effects and they told me to seek out an urgent care or emergency room before I could see a primary care doctor due to it being a weekend. The first time I called they were helpful and gave me a number to call to talk to someone, and then I got referred back to this urgent care and when I explained the situation again and told them that they told me to call back the girl on the phone who I had previously talked to was laughing throughout the entire conversation while I am going through a serious withdrawal. Whoever was the nurse on the phone who I talk to working on January 20th towards their closing time should seriously not have this job. Do not come here."

"No idea on why all the bad reviews. I've always been able to make an appointment. The staff are incredibly nice (both the front staff and doctors). I see Dr. Ditton from endocrinology and she's fantastic - never in a hurry and thorough."

"No appointments ever available. They will cancel your appointment even if you have a $5 outstanding balance which was unknown to you prior to scheduling. Pediatricians never available. Very short staffed and very very unwilling to help when you are sick and need help. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with this clinic. They only care about the money, billing and investor reporting. No mercy, no care."
