"WARNING Illegal billing practices. Do not get care with this company they will scam you. I gave them all of my insurance information. They told me twice that they do accept my insurance. I recorded these calls to make sure. I gave the front desk person my card they said again they take my insurance. Weeks later I get a $500 bill because they don't take my insurance. And they billed my physical as 3 separate types of appointments to run the bill up. I was very clear when I got there I was there for a physical and nothing else. They assured me I would be told if I was going to be billed for something else. I was not told anything. Their billing people don't help at all and now I'm having to talk to a lawyer. Don't believe a word they say. They will lie to your face and send you a huge bill."

"Just had to pay 2 copays for 1 visit because the doctors don’t work for the facility. Horrible business model. Get charged once to sit in a chair and be in the building. Get charged again to talk to a doctor and actually figure out what is wrong with you. Just another way to more money out of people."

"I was seen for acute vomiting. I was tested for COVID and flu, had a urinalysis and blood work performed. I then received an anti-nausea injection and a bag of IV fluids. My insurance was billed for $6k, and $2k was billed to me. My visit was coded as a level 3 out of 5, solely because I had more than one test performed, so I was billed at a higher rate. When I tried to dispute the coding, I was told it was coded correctly based on their system. While the staff was kind, I will not be returning to this hospital based on their unrealistic coding and charging system."

"Beware of using this facility under any circumstances. My son had eye pain and went in for a check. They gave him Tylenol and eye ointment and a prescription for antibiotics in an appointment lasting less than an hour. In return, we get a bill for $4000, of which we owe almost $2000 after insurance. I appealed it to Centura and they told me to pound salt, saying it is reasonable and customary. You decide. If there were a way to give negative stars, I would."

"Went to Arvada ER today. Facility was clean, receptionists were friendly and organized. They got me to the back immediately - no wait - I assume for COVID reasons, but the place was pretty empty as well. Sat in exam room for about 10 minutes before doctor came in. She was also very friendly and quickly diagnosed my issue. Got CT scan, nurse was very friendly, equipment was clean. Not sure what else to say; I was pleasantly surprised at the high level of service. I will definitely go back if I have to visit the ER again. However, I will update this review when billing is done, as that clearly has been an issue with other patients."
