UCHealth Broomfield Hospital

"Had blurred vision in left eye. Went to hospital. Told them I did not have insurance and was worried about my ability to pay. This was ignored and I was brought into the ER where there was noone to explain pricing options. They could not find what was wrong. Told to come back three days later, had pain on left side of head came back three days later, I was sent to MRI, still no explanation of what was wrong and also no communication of prices. Unhappy with results and the pain getting worse I went to a 40 dollar walk in clinic. Walk in clinic told me I had shingles and that it could be in my eye. Took 10 minutes in walk in. Went back to hospital as the walk in said to. After a 3rd visit they gave me a prescription. After 3 visits I now owe this useless hospital 20,000 dollars. This is criminal"

"sadly this hospital doesn't care about feedback, as they clearly don't care about their patients. Don't waste your time here, the doctor was a fool and wasted 3 hours of my time because of his ineptitude. A complete embarassment for this country's health care system. UPDATE: went to a different ER, and they were scratching their heads about how this hospital didn't give my partner the attention she clearly needed (an ultrasound for extreme abdominal pain) ?? They apologized to us on behalf of UCHealth, which is SAD / pathetic for UCHealth."

"We brought my child in for an asthmatic reaction to something unknown, as he doesn't have asthma. We arrived at 4am or so, so need we were seen very quickly.  We saw the intake nurse, then were brought back to a room.  Then an EMT saw us, who admitted it was a quiet night so he thought he would stop by.  Then we were seen by an RN, an MD, and a respiratory specialist.  All were nice and clear about what was going on.  However, we were charged incorrectly for services provided. We are talking to the tune of 60% higher than posted on their website. I guess this is the cost of their staff being able to afford that inflated cost of living in the north Denver Metro. Next time, we will make the drive to Aurora."

"Amazing service the Best hospital I've ever been to! They were on top of taking care of business from the minute I went back. They did all the testing they could to Make sure they are helping me the best they could. I have a problem of my oxygen dropping when I sleep and I've been to multiple places and they have seen the same thing but this hospital actually did something about it and got me set up with Aerocare to help the problem moving forward. The staff were GREAT super friendly and understanding I would recommend this hospital to anyone and everyone!"
