"Well the parking situation is a total nightmare then couldn't reach cafeteria for over 6 hours , they never answer the phone . No phone in the room and left phone charging cord in room when .moving spouse and cleaning guy says he threw it away, which I do not believe and never offered to repay the 30 dollars we paid for it.. Brittney in acute rehab made it tolerable. Surgery went horribly wrong also. Not a good experience."

"Horrible place to have a baby. The nurses don't have any clue how to care for a laboring mother. My wife was unable to get any rest as the nurses kept coming into the room every hour. Not too mention how loud they all were in the middle of the night - again no consideration for patients. Moreover, the hospital hides a ton of bills. They just keep sending new ones and it's been 2 years!! Good luck trying to get it billed through your insurance. You call and ask them to rebill it correctly, they say ok then send you the same bill again a couple months later. If you are a mother considering giving birth here, please look elsewhere. This hospital is cares only about money and not about their patients."

"I had an orthopedic procedure at Swedish medical center and was thoroughly impressed with every part of this experience. Dr. White and his team were incredibly thorough, kind, and compassionate. Every single member of the team made it a point to introduce themselves and make me feel comfortable. The procedure was painless. Dr. White is internationally renowned for his labral reconstructions, so I was immensely grateful to have him be my surgeon. My night nurses, Emily, Matt, and Ben, were amazing. I stayed overnight at the new orthopedic side, which was very comfortable and clean. I am incredibly happy with this experience."

"My orthopedic surgeon was phenomenal, however, my post operative care at Swedish was truly poor enough for me to feel compelled to leave a review. If you must stay at Swedish, I would really encourage you to have a family member or friend with you as often as possible because the nurse response time averages around an hour for anything you need (even when my nurse told me I was her only patient - I'm not blind to staffing shortages and try to be compassionate) Definitely do your best to advocate for yourself because the nurses really don't seem to pay attention to your Drs protocols post surgery. Mostly, you're on your own, so try try to plan ahead if you have to stay here."

"I recently gave birth here and the Labor and Delivery nurses are AMAZING!! I would like to say thank you to Jamison, Kaitlyn, and Ashley for taking such great care of me while I was there for a few days. I felt so cared for and all my needs were met. They went above and beyond. The rooms are so cozy and comfortable very clean! My overall labor experience was positive and my delivery couldn’t have gone any smoother I was very happy to deliver here. Also, the NICU nurses specifically Mary and Abby were so great to my son since he was a late preterm baby. They went above and beyond as well and educated us and guided us before leaving the hospital on care for our little guy. I highly recommend delivering at this hospital as a first time mom. I’m really grateful I got to deliver here it made my first giving birth experience feel so very positive. Thank you Labor and Delivery nurses and NICU nurses for your amazing work and support!!"
