"I brought a dress in to be cleaned after graduation for some photos. When it was returned, I opened the bag and found that the back of my dress had been ripped open on the strap. When I called, they tried to claim they had informed me of it when I dropped it off. In reality I had told them of the oil stain on the front but that there was no other damage. Blame with no fix, I will never go back. I do not recommend either"
