"This was the worst dry cleaners I have ever used. The shirt I asked to be dry cleaned was hardly pressed and was left so wrinkled I couldn't believe they thought it was finished and ready to pick up. They couldn't bother to button the shirt or zip up the pants after dry cleaning them, and they were left hanging crooked on the hangers - just a very sloppy, careless job. She offered to redo the pieces, then when I went back to pick them up, they couldn't find them!!"

"Why in to get my dry cleaning done for a suit off my son's and I. I did not know at the time to bring each item separately, I had the shirt, coat and pants together on a hanger for each of ours along with our name taped to the hanger. The suits are the exact same except for the pant size, so when the attendant began taking the items off the hanger, I let her know I would like them to be kept separate and to know which was which. She seemed to understand and me being nonconfrontational figured she knew what she was doing or had a system. I picked the items up and the shirts were bundled together, along with the pants and coats each separately. It normally wouldn't be a huge deal I guess since most items are the same size, but these suits hold a sentimental value to each of us as they were purchased by my son when his younger brother (my youngest son) passed away, and I wanted mine and his suits to remain intact as they were originally intended. So that is why I gave four stars, in hopes that the attendant will be more careful to follow customer requests, or suggesting ways to make sure requests are fulfilled (like separate transactions if needed). The suits will be used for my father's funeral, so I will make sure each of ours will be kept separate from the start. Other than that the dry cleaning was completed to my satisfaction and the prices were competitive with dry cleaning services around the area."

"This dry cleaners was great! Took my wedding dress, husband’s suit and a coat to be dry cleaned. Initially they said it would take about 10 days to clean my wedding dress but they did it much faster than that (about 4 days I think) and it looks like new! (We eloped and the bottom of my dress had some mud - when I dropped it off they were concerned they might not be able to clean it. But it came out great!) They also helped by carrying my dress to my car! Only unique thing (as noted in another review) is that you pre-pay. Thank you very much to this dry cleaners for the fast and great job cleaning our wedding attire!"
