"They’ll charge you a rate for 2 people to come clean, only to send 1 person for the same time frame. First cleaning will be better than future ones to get you on board with their services. I accidentally didn’t cancel a cleaning that they scheduled for me with 1 day notice (was on approx 4-6 week plan). Received a call when the cleaner was at my place because nobody was there to let them in. The customer service representative said that I was their only scheduled cleaning today, so not a big deal for no-show however they would be charging $50 as a fee to drive to my place. I immediately asked to cancel my services, as $50 to drive across town is a bit steep in my opinion. The customer service representative got argumentative over several texts & increased the charge to the full cleaning. Do yourself a favor & find a better cleaning service."

"Unorganized and doesn't follow their own schedules. They don't bill you for several months and then whine when you don't immediately HOP to paying their bill after coincidentally whining about the temperatures the next day. Coincidence? I think not. If you don't pick up before they come, they will completely ignore the rooms they are supposed to clean- repeatedly. Some staff has shown up reeking of pot. They can't figure out how to take the trash out, even though that is what they get paid for. I have had to complain about an incomplete clean more times than not and when the found out about my review, they sent me a snarky text message about it. STAY AWAY- you would be better to set your money on fire rather than use this service."

"The Maid Brigade is an Excellent cleaning company. The girls always show up on time, they work very hard and the house is beautiful & smells clean when they leave. I have always been sent 3 maids which was great, they take separate areas and get them thoroughly clean and do it all so quickly. The owner is on top of his business. He schedules the house cleaners, lets me know their time frame which is pretty much the same each visit. He charges my Visa and it’s done that fast & easy. I highly recommend them if you have cleaning needs. They do regular weekly, Bi-weekly, & monthly cleaning. Perfect for me. I used the service a few years back to clean a rental after the tenants moved out and honestly the place looked like new and was ready to re-rent right away. You will be yet another happy customer if you give them a call. Paula"
