"Do not consider using any other carpet cleaning service except Healthy Home Services. Over the past 40 years we have tried at least a dozen different companies. In 2021 - 2022, we completely remodeled our home, including installing new white carpets. Because the subcontractors who worked on our home were lax in protecting the carpets during the remodel, large areas of the new white carpets were literally blackened. We hired two different carpet cleaning services -- neither of which were able to remove the stains. Accepting the inevitable, we contacted the company that originally installed the carpets to get an estimate of the replacement cost. Before quoting us a price, the owner offered to pay to have the carpets cleaned by Kevin O'Brien of Healthy Home Services in Broomfield, CO. We thought it was an exercise in futility, but since there was no cost to us, we agreed to have the carpets cleaned a third time. The result was nothing short of miraculous. The carpets were restored to their original condition. When we saw the results, we had Healthy Home Services clean a silk area rug we had purchased years ago in Turkey. Again, the results were amazing. Since the initial cleaning, we have hired Healthy Home Services a second time for a 6-month reconditioning -- and we will continue to do so at 6-month intervals to keep our carpets looking like new. And, by the way, Healthy Home Service provides customer service that is as outstanding as the quality of the cleaning."
