"My son's friend's father passed away. He is 19 with no biological mother or family and needed help moving out of his father's apartment due to his father's passing. As a way to make the moving process less painful I hired this cleaning company to do a deep clean and carpet clean. On the day of the cleaning a couple arrived in a beat up gold car with some cleaning supplies and a bucket. They said another vehicle had the carpet cleaner. I assumed the job would get done when I handed them over a $645.00 check. They said they would text me when they were 30 minutes out from finishing for a walk through. I never got that text for a walk through. A neighbor said he saw them leave shortly after I left and they never came back. I have pictures to prove that they did not clean a thing. They shuffled around some cleaning supplies on the kitchen counter. I will pursue this issue in court."
