"I live out of town and called to request my windows be cleaned for my mother who lives in Montrose. I spoke to the receptionist and set the day and time for service to be provided. I was told I would receive an email with information to fill out and send back in. I called daily prior to the day of service and left multiple messages with no reply. I notified my mother, who had cancelled plans for the day to be home for the cleaners to be there, that they may or may not show as I had been unable to reach anyone since the date of initial contact. They did not show and have not called to let us know what happened. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend trying to use their services."

"I am 85 years old and have lived in Montrose for the last 23 years. I have had 2 different people clean my house in last 10 years since I am handicapped. One left for personal reasons and both left under amiable circumstances. The girl that cleaned my home from this service did not do a complete job. I saw a plastic glass I dropped on floor before she arrived. You can’t swifter and mop a floor around a large plastic glass. The same glass was left next to my chair in the bedroom just where it fell earlier that morning. When sitting in my chair in the LR I noticed dust behind hearth and on fireplace tools and screen for wood stove. As far as moving appliances it took 2 men to get my refrigerator into its space. I don’t think she could move it. They charged us $155+ for this service which was done June 24th. My son called after the poor service and was promised a call back. He held payment until today when a Mr. Reed finally called. Payment has been made, 7 or 8 days after service .The threat from Mr. Reed of turning this over to collections is a bit premature and also a first for me!!! His employee was here 2 1/2 hrs. I’m sure the $62 an hour we have paid wasn’t worth it."

"Very poor job. Had to have another house cleaner redo the whole house. Person didn’t move anything and just dusted around stuff. Missed a lot of dirt and dust. Rushed to leave after a short time. The company would not return my calls or compensate for their extremely overpriced poor service. I definitely would not recommend this cleaning service to anyone. Nice try to rehabilitate your bad review Mr. Reed. Contrary to your libelous statement, payment has been remitted. Be careful before you’re sued for tortious interference with business relationships and libel. Have a nice day."
