Went weeks with another local contractor to get bids only to get blown off continuously… LK bid the job on a Friday, work was done Monday. "This was a new experience for my wife and I, taking a bare lot with utilities at the property line and starting the process of building a home. Lazy K Excavation held our hand in the process of getting an address based on where we wanted a driveway, water and electric hookups, etc. It was also a new experience for us dealing with a contractor that responded the same day to calls and texts, had an itemized estimate the next day, and literally an on the fly estimate after we met and decided we needed a longer driveway than initially planned. We weren't in a hurry, yet they got our job completed in a day and a half, arranged to have the water hooked up during this process, and we couldn't be happier! We're still figuring out where to put the house and "man shed", but rest assured, Lazy K will get our future business. I wish every other contractor I had ever dealt with had their professionalism.
