"Not happy.. Check Yelp! Google reviews are being taken down.. I called them in a pinch and they did come out and set up some drying equip.. I asked about getting an estimate and the guy said they don't do estimates and that they bill the insurance directly.. Thought that was weird but ok. Called around and got negative feedback from others. Again they came out after 5 days to start the demo, asked again about an estimate and he refused. So I told them to get their stuff and leave. Found another company that gave me a fair estimate in an hour. Also Servpro had their equip there 5 days. Billed for 7 days. BE CAREFUL with these guys.. get an estimate first! Edit: Response to owner.. Owen Riner was the name on the work order. He also put this.. "Customer has decided to go with a different company and has kicked us off the job Due to improper communication with adjuster" Which is totally false. I told him that reason was you guys could not give me a straight answer on what it was going to cost. I had gotten another quote already."

"These guys came through in a pinch. Best service I have ever received! I had a lift pump fail in my basement on a Friday night and water was everywhere. These guys wasted no time. When they say they work 24 hours they are telling the truth! They reassured me everything would be taken care of. I was so upset. They were in constant communication with me when they were coming.
