"I felt like the doctor and staff really trusted me to tell them what I had observed in my sick pet. Everyone was very friendly and explained exactly what was happening and would happen throughout the appointment. I also appreciated how they explained the cost prior to completing any test or shot. This was my cat’s second ever vet appointment and she didn’t seem very stressed at all. I also really appreciated the vet tech looking out for me and both the tech and doctor’s explanation of how to pill my cat effectively. Thank you so much for a wonderful visit! Even though I was scared going into it with a sick kitty, we both came home feeling confident and assured."

"Brought our two dogs in for wellness checks and had a wonderful experience. From the ease of checking in to the assistant, checking out our dogs and taking her time getting to know our pups and being patient was great. The doctors visit was very informative. The doctor examined our dogs and recommended foods, explaining why certain foods are better than others. Never advocating for one brand, discussing many different brands. Discussed overall health and well-being for our dogs. My husband and I honestly felt that the doctor was concerned about the health of our dogs and treated our dogs with respect. Our dogs were nervous not knowing where they were, and what was gonna happen, but their approach and patience were appreciated, they took their time with our dogs and made sure that our dogs were comfortable before approaching. The doctor spent at least 30 to 45 minutes with us discussing our dog and answering our questions which made us feel valued as pet owners. I have been to a few other places that I wasn’t really happy with trying to find a good fit for us and Arvada Pet Hospital . Is that great fix"
