"We just had our first baby and this hospital went above and beyond for both mom and baby’s care. Everyone on the labor, delivery, and pediatric staff really cared about the health of me and the health of my baby. I actually felt a little pampered by the end of our stay and the only reason I wanted to leave was because we’d already been there 4.5 days. Stay that extra day, moms! It’s worth it."

"Excellent care from emergency room with Becky on the night shift to my surgical floor care -all amazing! I had orthopedic surgery and that was simply amazing as well. The staff is so warm and caring. The kind care really helped me in a scary situation to remain calm and positive. "A dear, and very close family member was life flighted to this hospital. The situation was very serious and usually fatal. The surgeon, Dr. Singh and the surgical team saved his life. Steve, the night nurse was so helpful and ready to listen. Teresa, the respiratory therapist was so calm and kind. Everyone else I encountered in this hospital were so professional and helpful, during a really scary time. I can't say enough good things about this hospital. The facility is clean, and was very easy to navigate. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts for such a positive outcome."

"I was sent to the emergency room because an EKG done 2 days previously at St Mary's Pavillion. It said I was essentially having a heart attack. My doctor told me to immediately go the emergency room. It was scary, the doctors were great in emergency and found there to be absolutely nothing wrong with my heart, as a matter of fact I was exceptionally healthy. I asked about the previous "heart attack" EKG from 2 days before. They said it must have been done incorrectly. Now I have bills to pay for not only the incorrectly done EKG but the emergency room visit. I got in touch with the hospital "Advocate" dept. They listened to what happened. A few weeks later I got a curt letter in the mail saying the EKG was done correctly....case closed. I have called the dept back and so far no one has returned my call. Seems like a dictatorship to me. They make a mistake and I have to pay my hard earned money for not just bad but "dangerous" service. (I consider it dangerous when you falsely send someone to the emergency room)"

"When I could no longer keep any fluids down and knew I was dehydrated, I called 911 and I asked to be taken to the nearest hospital which was St. Mary's. The staff and my treatment was amazing. It was determined that I was experiencing A-fib and I was admitted. I was there for two nights before my normal heart rhythm returned and I could keep food down. I could expound upon the volunteers who made sure I had what I needed before discharge, the spiritual care I could take or leave (I took it), and even the taxi ride home which St. Mary's provided. Excellent is the only words I have for the entire experience."
