"The technician struck a nerve which caused shooting pain to the base of my thumb. I said that it hurt and she then yelled and accused me of being rude. I told her i knew it was an accident. She did what a lot of healthcare workers do, retaliate against patients whom they hurt. I didn’t expect her to apologize but it is not acceptable to attack a patient you hurt."

"The technician was pleasant and cordial. She was very efficient in doing my paperwork and putting me through the drug test process (urine sample). I was in and out really fast. Yes, the hours are weird and not represented well on Google. Just give them a call before you plan to go or make an appointment online. Pretty quick and easy. I saw the 1-star reviews and almost changed locations... but I didn't change it and had a good experience at this location!"
