"Terrible experience! I was the guinea pig for someone in training that didn't know what they were doing as she poked around me unsuccessful for 30 minutes after which the VERY YOUNG woman who was doing the training took over. If you are going to be the patient to a student in training then they need to ask you if it's okay or else you should not be paying full price for a student to learn on you. Also the person that was doing the training couldn't have been more than 25. I called to complain but the adminstration also sounded extremely young and did not provide any solutions. They should have refunded my money. GO TO BOULDER COMMUNITY TO DO YOUR IMAGING! DO NOT GO HERE!"

"The imaging techs were great - ear plugs and warm blankets! My suggestion is that some consideration be given to how quickly you bring patients back from the waiting room to the changing room. As a woman it is much more comfortable to be clothed and in the waiting room that sitting in scrubs without a bra on in a small 12x6, three chair waiting area outside of two all-gender dressing rooms. Please consider giving the option of same gender waiting areas or at least the option to choose if that’s important. Please consider alternating the use of dressing rooms so that when you’re done with your MRI, you don’t have to wait for the consultation and the person to be finished getting dressed before you can get your stuff out of your locker and get dressed again!"

"They have owed me a refund since May. They switched the “computer software” or some excuse and were unable to refund my credit card. They supposedly issued me a check that I never received. After many weeks and calls they finally canceled the first one and supposedly issued another. I have verified the correct address. They say they can’t just credit my card, or let me pick up the check in person so basically they owe me $300 and at this point I think they’re purposefully withholding the check. I honestly don’t know what to do but I’ll never go back here."

"This was an awful experience. First it started out with the tech saying she could not see me because she didn’t have my prior images from 2019 but had everything from 2016. She said she called me multiple times but I only had one voicemail from her saying she needed my doctors order, which I emailed to her. I’m currently dealing with a death in my family so I was unable to call her back but assumed I was good to go since I received a call to confirm my appointment. She was extremely rude and short with me the entire appointment. She spent maybe a few minutes taking images on my right breast when my doctor ordered a bilateral breast exam. When the doctor came in she didn’t even review my images with me. She basically was just reading my medical history off to me and then telling me to take supplements (don’t even know which ones lol) and telling me about other medical facilities I should go to if I wanted the bilateral exam. This place was an absolute waste of time and money. I hope my mass is okay cause I honestly don’t know if they looked at it."
