"Mandalay Animal Hospital misdiagnosed my pup. Next day when I called and told them about an inflammation on his chest, instead of sending us to a specialist they scheduled a follow up three days out. Worse still, during the follow up they were completely clueless as to his condition. That's when they sent us to CASE in Boulder, a vet that actually knows what they are doing. Turns out my dog had an acute stomach necrotizing fascitis. Because of Mandalay Animal Hospital and their lack of knowledge and professionalism my dog lost 72 hours, during which the infection spread from his chest to groin. There isn't much more to say about this incompetent outfit, keep your pups away!"
