"What a special and wonderful institution! I would prefer to see these veterinarians more than my own primary care physician. Though as wonderful as the care has been the Training with Will really set and achieved a new level of service for me. Training with lone tree has help me learn to be the best dog owner I could be. I will be happily participating in this training again soon! Thank you so very much Will, and all the Lone Tree Team!!!"

"Thank you so much to Dr. Voss and a HUGE thank you to the vet tech, Chelsea. Both of them helped ease my anxiety with my dog going under anesthesia since losing a pet at another practice. He had a dental done and a tooth pulled. I couldn’t be more thankful for them walking me through the steps (multiple times because my anxiety was insane) and Chelsea sending me updates. Great people and great vet office!"

"We love Lone Tree Vet! Will Bruner, the pet behavior and training specialist is absolutely wonderful and a real expert in the field. I signed up our 4 year old Golden Retriever Gracie, for a refresher (LOL!) in obedience training and to overcome her dragging me down the street on walks trying to chase squirrels. Will was immediately able to diagnose the problem and the problem was me (ha!) I was doing everything wrong from start to finish with Gracie on our walks. Will "re-trained" my brain and techniques to prepare Gracie and I for fun walks. Our sessions were super affordable and such a great value. Will is AMAZING! And Gracie and I are so grateful for all his help. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!"

"I have two Labradoodles and one of them is a bit more high maintenance than the other to say the least. On a Saturday he developed some concerning symptoms and they were able to get me right in. We were seen by Dr. Burstein who was very knowledgeable and ultimately referred us to a dermatologist for a more specialized opinion but was able to provide some medication to soothe my doodle in the meantime. He called and followed up to check in with me multiple times on his condition and the results of the dermatologist exam. His referral was a great one as well! More recently, my same little guy, developed a severe limp from one of his paws and it began to swell significantly. Once again, they were able to see us within hours of my first call and since Dr. Burstein was not available we were assisted by Dr. Laura Clark. She examined him and quickly ruled out any fractures and figured it must have been a bacterial infection from either something he stepped on or a possible spider bite and prescribed an antibiotic. Within 24-48 hours his symptoms quickly improved and he’s so far been doing much better. Dr. Clark also called multiple times to follow up and check in on his progress. The level of empathy and care exhibited by both Dr. Burstein and Dr. Clark went a long way in putting me at ease. The technicians are also very friendly and I feel confident that my doodles are in good hands here."

"If I could give a zero, I would!!! Took my dog (4 year old black lab) there a while back for a dental cleaning, they even finished early. One by one every concerning symptom they said to watch for, my poor dog developed. He must have ended up aspirating during the procedure, they never gave him antibiotics for after and just denied everything. Every day, multiple times a day, I was at that vet trying to get answers since my dog was clearly struggling to breath and he kept coughing. He had the dental cleaning on a Monday, was oxygen dependent by Wednesday in an overnight animal hospital in an oxygen tank. They attempted to remove the fluid building around his lungs but wanted to do chest tubes, I’m a critical nurse, I would never put an innocent dog through that suffering with the chances of recovery being so low. We had him put down on Thursday that week (his chest X-ray was a complete whiteout), less than 4 days and my dog was septic and dead. Fastest progressing decline I’ve ever seen. Even stranger, the vets office started sending flowers and cards signed by everyone, as if they were sorry or feeling bad that they knew something happened. We since switched vets but I will NEVER put another dog through another dental cleaning and will NEVER recommend this vets office. I’ll never get my poor baby back and it was beyond heartbreaking!! Beyond sickened by how everything happened, and the worst part is we don’t even have the truth."
