"Very rude. I came in with my niece and sister-in-law today and said I was looking for dog booties. The guy at the front desk pointed me to them from be hind the desk. Then I asked where the restrooms were. His reply was “The restrooms are for customers. Paying customers only.” I said “Well, we are shopping.” And I think my intent was clear that I wasn’t just there to take advantage of their restrooms. I decided we didn’t need anything from such a rude shop. We left and went to Pet Palace, where I used the restroom free of guilt and then we each spent a good bit of money on our pets."
