"Finally happened to be on this side of town to check this place out. Was super impressed with how good the food and service was. Only downside is that it’s a 30 minute drive out of my way. I’ll try to make an effort to come back."

"Today was our first visit to Valente's and my only regret is not finding this place sooner. For a small market they have a great selection! From jars of olives and peppers to dry and fresh pasta, they have you covered. They also have the freshest and tastiest deli meats and cheeses, which you can order by the pound or on one of their amazing sandwiches. And the Italian sausage was so good that I called my Italian mother in Arizona to tell her about it! To top it off the service was wonderful. Whether you're looking for an Italian market, or the best Italian sub in town, Valente's is the place."

"This is a great hole-in-the-wall-Mom-n-Pop kinda place with a wonderful selection of Italian food items to choose from. I came in here to support a local business instead of Jimmy John's or Subway close by and it was worth the few extra bucks. I went with the Valente's sub and it was fresh and delicious. It looks like they make and pack a lot of the food in house, and that is always a marker of a place that does the right thing based off a labor of Love. Really enjoyed the food."
