"My 4 yo is terrified of the clippers and will completely throw a fit if the barber even tries to use them. Song was great! She was patient and worked well with my kid to help him overcome that fear. On the other hand, prices are steep, and there are no other barbers nearby so I feel like she corners the market in the area."

"Highly suggest to not send your husbands or boyfriends to Songs because it’s likely within a few months you won’t have a husband anymore. Song hires hairdressers that “wait a year” for your husband to make a move and then believe every lie they’ve ever been told by your husband when there’s not even pending divorce papers. Then, even when this woman is warned with the truth, she refuses to take accountability for sleeping with a married man. Be careful. Also, numerous complaints of how rough the cuts were - spend your money elsewhere."
"Whoever it was that cut my hair could t understand simple instructions and gave me the worst hair cut I’ve ever received in my life. Absolutely garbage. 10/10 would not recommend."
"Probably the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. The sides don’t even match, and it looks like it was trimmed too shortly. $28 bucks for a simple haircut that wasn’t done correctly is no doubt the biggest ripoff they’ve ever done. Will not be coming here ever again and will not recommend to anyone"
