"Customer Service is about the same as Comcast/Xfinity. I've been with this bank for years. I won't be much longer. Very poor experiences across the board. Customer service is the worst. There's also way too much crosstalk and confusion between their different offices. Now they appear to be selling my private contact info to third party companies to solicit me for credit cards. I hate this bank, truly."

"The teller named Natasha Vargas is not really good. I was the only one there standing waiting and she talked to the other lady and used her phone before she asked me “how can I help you.” I was standing there 8 minutes. It’s ok if I am not in a hurry, but I am. She don’t even say “thank you.”"

"The manager Renee at this branch is truly amazing! Last few months she helped us out tremendously, without Renee would've been so hard. We moved to Florida about a year ago but still bank at US BANK in Fountain,Colorado. Renee definitely needs to be congradulated for a job well done!!!!! "Always friendly! Editing on 1/2/19 Though this branch has always provided good service, the fraud department was VERY rude this morning! This is the 2nd occasion someone has stolen our information online and made purchases. Trying to straighten this out over the phone since the charge is still there that we did not make! Fraud representative was EXTREMELY RUDE! Getting a new card and praying this situation is resolved without having to call for a third time!"

"Located inside Safeway. The staff at this location are excellent! Service is given in a way that makes one feel the employees at USBank care about you. There can often be a line for personal banking, but it is worth the wait to receive quality service when banking."
