"Worst bank ever. I'm a contractor, and my client mortgage is through them. My clients house is not livable because of a pipe break and the insurance company sent the mortgage company the money for the repairs. The mortgage company will not release funds for the repair until the home it done being rebuilt but nobody will start the work without a deposit. The homeowner is also elderly and disabled, & she is sleeping on a friend's couch until her home gets fixed. Stay clear of this bank"

"Why on earth the BoA branches close at 4PM nowadays is beyond me. Makes it very inconvenient! They should also change their name to “Bank of SOME of America”, since there’s only like 6 branches in all of Colorado. (::insert eye roll::) And please, don’t waste your time with the standard, canned response that’s copy/pasted throughout all these reviews. Maybe take the time to actually seem genuine, rather than not. Or do you kids in the social media departments not know how to do that? My guess is that you do not."
