"I asked them to cut .5 inch off my sons hair I even had a picture of what he wanted. The lady took 3 inches off his hair. I tried to stop her but she literally grabbed a handful of his hair and chopped it off. I asked the owner of the shop if he could please stop her and finish the cut and he told me he had to go to lunch. At this point his hair was butchered. :( My son had beautiful long curly hair which he tends to use as a cover. Now he wants to live with a beanie on until in grows back. We are very disappointed."
