"If you're looking for a fade or other male-presenting haircut, I think you could probably get a good one here. I mean it is a barbershop. Like it's right in the name, I should have just paid attention to that. Women's haircut, though, absolutely not. My own fault for not listening to my gut and going elsewhere, this is the third time me/my daughters have had a bad experience going to Floyd's. Luckily I was able to get into an actual salon nearby to have my "bob" fixed. Even with multiple photos, etc. the haircut I got was just bad - uneven, way too long in the back, and for $48 with no shampoo, minimal blowdrying, the entire back of my shirt was wet when I left (without being shampooed!) and she put some product in my hair that made it look so greasy I had to go home and wash it before I could even figure out what my haircut looked like. Incredibly expensive for an absolutely mediocre haircut. I could have gone to Great Clips or honestly cut it myself in my bathroom for the same result. My stylist also made the most uncomfortable small talk I have ever had to endure in my life - I'm not going to call her out here by name but I have no doubt the store knows exactly who she is when I say she's racist, trashy, and brags about being the side chick. In summary, I probably set my expectations too high by going to a barbershop expecting to get a cute haircut."

"Just received the worst haircut of my life from "Amie". I asked for a very simple #2 on back and sides, basic side part haircut. What I received was kinda that, but what I didn't realize until I got back into my car, is that she had taken it upon herself to do a "line up", the very worst lineup I've ever seen anyone do on anyone. She cut almost a full HALF INCH into my hairline. Why she decided to do this without asking me I have no idea, but she made me look like an actual idiot. I immediately drove to another barber to have them do their best to fix it. Did not expect to spent $100 dollars on a basic freaking mens cut today!!! On top if that, she was extremely unpleasant. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, attributing her demeanor to the possibility that she was just having a bad day. But after the atrocity of a haircut I received, I really don't care. Now I'M having a bad day. I have been patronizing Floyd's for years. NEVER AGAIN!! I can't believe I paid for this monstrosity. Not only will I never return to Floyd's, I will steer away anyone who's thinking of getting a haircut there. I'm sure that anyone who reads this will be able to feel my anger through the screen. BEWARE OF AMIE, BEWARE OF FLOYDS!!!"

"Bring my son in for a haircut. These fools don't know haircuts. We asked for a low fade using #2 and you would have though we said to "scalp" him. Never recommending this place. What a joke..."

"Booked an appointment for my son who is incredibly easy to cut. We were a few minutes late because of an issue in their parking lot, and they still wouldn’t take him. His hair is always finished well before a standard appointment takes, but they genuinely didn’t care. Merry Christmas? Just lost a repeat customer over 3 minutes."
