"My wife had been trying to pick up her prescription for two weeks. Between conflicting information with our insurance and the pharmacy there was a lot of confusion on when we’d be able to pick it up. We finally received from the pharmacist stating the issues had been resolved and the prescription was ready to be picked up. We made several attempts to pick it up but were met with unusually long wait lines due to the fact that the pharmacy only had one lane open and allowed people to drop off their prescription and wait to pick it up rather than having them come back later. Finally, we were able to pull up to the window and were told by the pharmacist the prescription was not ready. When we tried to explain the situation the pharmacist blatantly ignored us, hung up the phone and turned away from the window! When we got her attention again she saw how upset we were and threatened to call the police. I have never experienced such disrespectful, dismissive treatment from a pharmacist. Basic customer service aside, they have to realize they’re dealing with people who are trying to get prescriptions for a reason!! There was no level of understanding, compassion, or effort to try to resolve a situation that was ultimately their fault. I will never use this pharmacy again!!"

"So I have to call to fill my RX every single month, or go in person. It’s a controlled substance so each time, they have to fill a new RX. This is not their fault. What I’m pissed about is the fact that I called today to fill it, was told only the pharmacist on duty has permissions to do that and they put me on hold. No problem! I waited. I was on hold for 1 hour and then they just hung up the phone! I called right back, explained what happened, then without warning, the woman who picked up the call, put me on hold and the recording is telling me that there is more than 3 callers ahead of me…… Absolutely ridiculous. I’d rather drive farther away to fill my RX and receive better customer service than continue to deal with the complete disregard for my time and concerns."

"The pharmacy is by far the worst in the city, but the rest of the store is great. I’ve now had several incidents where a script had been sent in the morning so by evening you’d think it would be filled. I’ve even checked the status, go in, and it’s still not filled. They are very confused and unorganized no matter what time of day you go in."

"I spoke with pharmacy tech, Brianna, and she was awesome. She was attentive to my requests and resolved my issues. Her positive attitude, and exceptional communication reassured me throughout this process. Brianna is knowledgeable and was extremely helpful!"

"I am unbelievably appreciative of the service I received by this Walgreens pharmacy. Specifically with Jordan. I am in the medical field and I understand the challenges we face with short staffing and sometimes demanding and inflexible people. It can make some medical professionals unfriendly but that absolutely was not the case tonight. Jordan went above and beyond to help me even though she could easily turned me away. I did not realize you needed an appointment for vaccines and I waited until the last minute to get it, literally. It was entirely on me. But she said she would handle it and she did. Also, Alyssa gave me the shot and she did a great job, didn’t feel a thing. I’ve honestly never had a better experience at any of the other pharmacies. It was late at night and close to the end of all of their shifts, yet they were all super friendly with great attitudes. Thank you so much!"
