"Woulda gladly shelled out a few hundred for some boots if the guy working there didnt wake up on the wrong side of the bed. I said I was looking for boots he pointed at them and looked at me like I was dumb. Like no dude I have a question about your boots. Proceeded to ignore me the rest of the time I was in the store."

"Usually great until I accidentally picked up the wrong size boot, getting the replacements was a nightmare... took 3 months and alot of run around if I go back hopefully I never make a mistake again. My human error might have cost them a customer or was it their customer service?"

"Amazing customer service, reasonable prices, and nice selection of shoes. Was provided with suggestions and options for a comfortable work boot. We had a zipper issue with the shoe two months later and without any hesitation the worker took care of us. They take care of their customers and we will definitely be back to buy more shoes in the future."

"Went there today and enjoyed my visit. The clerk (assuming owner) was nice, courteous, and backed what he sold. He sold some great products, though his show selection was small and mostly of poor quality. Everything else was of good quality especially the jackets. I saw the best jacket I ever own on the shelf for the same price I paid for it ten years ago. I was impressed especially by the very cheap leather polish.
